Carli Pearson has significant experience defending manufacturers, businesses, and insurers in complex product liability litigation matters. Carli focuses her practice on matters involving the defense of medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers. She is part of the team that serves as national counsel for numerous large medical device companies handling cases involving personal injury, class action, wrongful death, as well as neglect and negligence claims.
Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Carli was a partner at a large international insurance defense firm where she was a member of its Commercial Litigation Practice Group, focusing on product liability, toxic tort and insurance coverage matters. Carli also has experience defending intellectual property, medical and legal malpractice and nursing home liability matters. She handles cases in all phases of litigation from presuit negotiation through fact and expert discovery and depositions and trial preparation.
When not practicing law, Carli enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling and distance running.
