Brendan Chan is an associate at Bowman and Brooke with extensive experience in all facets of commercial litigation and has defended numerous public and private corporations, motion picture studios, real estate development companies, talent agencies, and high net-worth individuals. Brendan's recent experience includes defending numerous product liability claims in complex and coordinated litigation on behalf of a leading international off-road vehicle manufacturer. He is experienced in all aspects of trial preparation, having performed all components of discovery, law and motion practice and drafting resolutions for numerous multi-million dollar cases. Brendan has represented clients in both state and federal courts across the country.
During law school, Brendan served as a member of the San Francisco Unified School District Consent Decree Monitoring Team. In addition, Brendan served as co-chair of the Asian Pacific-Islander Law Students Association.
