In his twenty three years with Bowman and Brooke, Nicholas Even has concentrated on personal injury defense, automobile/trucking negligence defense, product liability defense, and consumer warranty defense. He has been fortunate to represent a wide variety of large and small transportation and product manufacturing entities, including:
- Companies after their employees have been involved in motor vehicle accidents while operating company vehicles/trucks from which personal injuries are alleged to have resulted.
- Companies that develop, test, design, and manufacture products which are claimed to have caused or contributed personal injuries.

Companies that provide warranties as to the goods and services they provide and are alleged to have failed to honor those warranties.

Nicholas has been recognized by his peers for seven consecutive years as a Rising Stars by Michigan Super Lawyers, from 2008-2014. He has also received the Golden Gavel Award from the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel in 2008.
When Nicholas is not defending his clients, he is very active in the community. He is the CEO and General Counsel for The Frozen Fish Fiasco, a Detroit-area fundraising group which raises money for the Clark Park Coalition, a non-profit organization which operates Clark Park in southwest Detroit, Michigan and which features the only regulation-sized outdoor ice hockey rink within the City's confines.
