Alison Archer's practice is comprised of defending manufacturers in product liability litigation matters. She has represented various state agencies at the Minnesota Court of Appeals and has extensive experience defending cases involving construction defect and recreational vehicles.
Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Alison practiced commercial and construction litigation, product liability and utilities regulation. Most recently she worked at the Minnesota Attorney General's Office in the civil litigation group where she spent significant time on all aspects of litigation from administrative proceedings to appellate practice.
Alison has years of experience in all phases of pre-trial work including fact investigation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, witness and expert preparation, marshalling cross-examination on technical issues, and trial support.
