Alethea Huyser practices in the area of product liability defense, with a focus on toxic torts and medical device litigation. Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Alethea clerked for the Honorable Justice Paul H. Anderson at the Minnesota Supreme Court, and then for the Honorable Paul A. Magnuson at the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
While in law school, Alethea received CALI awards for top grade in Property, Evidence, Advanced Evidence, Business-Agency, Partnerships and LLC's, and Products Liability Seminar. She was also the managing editor of the Journal of the National Security Forum, assistant editor of the William Mitchell Law Review, a mock trial participant, and assisted clients during criminal expungement and misdemeanor prosecutions.
