Abe Bowman handles complex civil litigation, primarily defending nursing homes in matters involving claims of professional negligence and vulnerable adult abuse and neglect. Abe is also experienced in defending automotive manufacturers in product liability cases.
When representing product manufacturers, Abe gets to know the client, the product, and the product industry to the full extent. In the course of representing manufacturers in a variety of cases, Abe frequently consults with mechanical engineers, computer scientists, and medical and technical experts.
Before coming to Bowman and Brooke, Abe focused his practice on construction defect matters. During this time he represented large corporate homebuilders against claims from multiple plaintiffs.
Outside of the courtroom, Abe enjoys reading, golfing and fly-fishing.
