Patrick Arneson focuses his product liability practice on defending manufacturers of automobiles, seat belts, all-terrain vehicles, power tools and other products. Most recently, Patrick served as an integral member of the trial team in a multi-million dollar brain injury case. He is also active in commercial litigation, having represented various medium-sized and small businesses throughout the country.
Patrick's trial experience includes defending some of the nation's largest manufacturing companies in cases involving catastrophic injury, personal injury, wrongful death and several class actions. Patrick currently represents several large recreational vehicle companies in product liability cases, and has extensive experience in commercial litigation throughout the country.
Before joining Bowman and Brooke, Patrick was an officer in the U.S. Army’s JAG Corps. There he tried over 40 cases as a military prosecutor and Special Assistant United States Attorney. He also served a combat zone tour in Afghanistan as Command Judge Advocate for a multinational task force.
Outside of the office, Patrick stays busy as a Sunday School teacher and as a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve.
