In August of 1991, two partners opened our San Jose office, initially focusing entirely on the defense of automotive products liability claims. As the office has grown, so has our practice.  In addition to defending automobile manufacturers, we now try cases involving commercial and business disputes, intellectual property, employment law, warranty and lemon law claims, and construction defects.

The San Jose office represents clients in cases pending throughout California and a number of other western states, including Hawaii and Alaska. Our attorneys are virtually always in trial, and have earned a reputation for their aggressive, cost-effective defense work.
