Craig Riebe has experience in a wide range of complex civil and commercial litigation matters in a variety of contexts. His practice focuses on product liability defense. Current concentrations include:

• Coordinating, resolving and responding to complex discovery matters for a multi-national client in courts throughout the country including Multidistrict Litigation (MDL) and California Judicial Counsel Coordinated Proceedings (JCCP); and

• Efficiently litigating automobile warranty cases to minimize expense for our clients.

Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Craig worked for testifying expert witnesses calculating financial damages and drafting expert reports. Among other successes, he was instrumental in obtaining a top-ten patent infringement damages award for a client in the medical devices industry. Craig applies his business acumen along with the skills learned in this context to his current trial practice.
