Carmen focuses her practice primarily on defending automotive litigation and motor vehicle warranty matters. She also has experience working with product liability, workers' compensation, construction defect and premises liability claims.

Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Carmen gained experience at a California litigation firm where she represented companies including automobile manufacturers and an engineering services company.

She has assisted with many aspects of litigation, including conducting depositions and mediations and drafting motions, pleadings, jury instructions and trial briefs.
