When Vince Galvin joined Bowman and Brooke in 1991 to open our San Jose office, he came with formidable experience in products liability and commercial litigation. An experienced trial lawyer, Vince tries catastrophic cases for clients throughout the country. As the managing partner of the San Jose office, Vince focuses his practice on the defense of products liability claims and complex litigation matters where and when clients need him.

Although the majority of his clients are in the automotive industry, Vince has also defended developers and manufacturers in complex commercial matters involving materials failures, construction claims and contract disputes.

Vince has significant first-chair trial experience, having tried numerous cases to verdict in dozens of state and federal courts throughout the country. He has handled significant cases defending material suppliers against claims that their material has caused catastrophic failures in consumer products and buildings. He has also defended numerous products in catastrophic cases. In addition to products liability work, Vince also handles consumer fraud matters.
