Tom Klein's practice is concentrated in defending product manufacturers in products liability litigation, dealer and distributor termination litigation, and toxic tort litigation in the southwest and Texas.

Having tried cases from California to Texas to South Carolina, he spends a great deal of time talking to juries, as well as studying and defending designs of many kinds, particularly in the automotive arena. Tom has represented clients in cases involving automobiles, motorcycles and power tools for some of the world's largest companies. He has tried cases in ten different states and appeared on behalf of clients in half of the states in the country.

While in law school, he was an associate editor of the Baylor University Law Review. In law school he became a member of the National Order of Barristers after successfully competing in three intramural and three interscholastic moot court competitions. Following graduation, Tom served as a law clerk to Judge William M. Steger in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

Tom is involved in several activities including Make-A-Difference, St. Francis Xavier Parish Ministries and previously served on the St. Francis Xavier School Board.  Additionally, he is a supporting member of the following organizations:  Museum of Northern Arizona, Phoenix Art Museum, Phoenix Symphony and the National Public Radio.  Tom has also supported numerous organizations such as St. Vincent de Paul Society, St. Mary's Food Bank, St. Joseph the Worker and Loyola Institute.
