Steve Reitenour has a diverse practice that includes intellectual property litigation, complex commercial litigation and products liability defense. His intellectual property practice, which includes prosecuting and defending patent, trademark, trade dress and copyright litigation, has allowed him to build relationships and make contacts in several countries around the world.

Steve has spent a considerable amount of his career representing technology and manufacturing companies in complex commercial litigation and products liability claims throughout the country. He has defended automobile, heavy machinery and truck manufacturers against numerous types of claims. Many of the cases have involved large document productions against aggressive, well-financed plaintiff's counsel.

In addition to his practice, Steve is a Conciliation Court judge and an arbitrator for the Fourth Judicial District Court, State of Minnesota. He is also an adjunct professor, teaching legal writing at William Mitchell College of Law.  Steve is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the General Rules of Practice and is listed on the Facilitative Hybrid and Adjudicative / Evaluative Minnesota Statewide ADR-Rule 114 Neutrals Rosters.
