Stephen Kelley has a diverse litigation practice covering a variety of complex tort and business litigation matters.  For more than 15 years, Stephen has defended manufacturers of automobiles, industrial trucks, medical devices, and toxic chemicals in high stakes product liability and personal injury matters.   He also coordinates extensive discovery management programs for major corporate clients.

Complementing his experience defending personal injury claims nationally, Stephen defends nursing homes, hospitals and physicians throughout California against allegations of professional negligence and elder abuse with claims of catastrophic injuries, brain damage, and wrongful death. 

He also has extensive experience in complex business litigation defending corporations against fraud, breach of contract, and unfair business competition claims.
