Stephen's experience lies primarily in the defense of matters involving product liability, motor vehicle warranty and premises liability claims. 

As a third year law school student, Stephen clerked for Bowman and Brooke, where he gained valuable experience that prepared him for his responsibilities as an associate.  His experience included assisting partners with pretrial preparation, preparing motions for summary judgment, maintaining client communications and performing legal research.    

During law school Stephen served as Administrator for the Southern California Business Litigation Inn of Court, an organization consisting largely of attorneys involved in business litigation and related pactices.  Also during law school, Stephen was able to help establish and participate in a mentor program aimed at exposing economically disadvantaged high school students to the legal profession.  

In addition to his law school Mock Trial Team involvement, Stephen participated in the AAJ (formerly ATLA) mock trial competition, where his team was the Regional Champion and advanced to compete nationally in this tournament.
