Ryan McCarthy's practice encompasses products liability, asbestos litigation and business and commercial litigation. He spends the majority of his time defending products liability cases that involve automotive manufacturers. Ryan has considerable experience in rollover cases and discovery work. His cases have allowed him to travel for numerous vehicle inspections, vehicle testing, court hearings, and fact and expert depositions. He works through the discovery process to ensure claims and prioritize and manage correctly without exploiting costs.

Ryan clerked at a law firm with nationwide practice in Federal Indian Law. In this role, he was exposed to government negotiations, business transactions and administration law. He focused his efforts on drafting motions and document analysis.

Outside of the courtroom, Ryan is the proud dad of two children. If he can find any spare time, he enjoys golfing and reading.
