Roshan concentrates his practice on defending manufacturers in state and federal courts nationally against product liability and warranty claims as well as mass tort litigation, including asbestos, silica, and benzene. In addition, he has been part of the national litigation team for a major chemical company addressing toxic tort claims, serves as local counsel for an international pharmaceutical company, and has grown his commercial litigation practice with effective handling of clients' creditor remedy, debt collection, premises liability and consumer fraud matters. Roshan has experience defending asbestos and phenylpropanolamine (PPA) matters, and the health issues related to these substances.

Although Roshan was born and raised in Minnesota, his family is originally from Sri Lanka. Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Roshan advised and represented organizations of all sizes in civil litigation matters regarding commercial and corporate issues, as well as debt collection.

Roshan's pro bono activities include obtaining a verdict for a non-English speaking tenant in a dispute with a slum lord, and serving as a HopeMaker at the Basilica of St. Mary, providing legal guidance to low income and homeless individuals. Other pro bono work includes serving as a director on four nonprofit boards, coaching free tennis lessons for youth and adults, and mentoring high school students through two local bar associations.

Outside of the courtroom, Roshan holds an adjuct professor position at the University of Minnesota Law School teaching Practice and Professionalism. Additionally, he is a member of the Basilica of St. Mary's Cathedral and Chamber Choirs.
