A veteran trial lawyer, Rick Morgan has taken more than 40 cases to verdict. He has experience in products liability, toxic tort, intellectual property, construction defect and commercial matters.

 

As national trial counsel for Ecolab, a leading provider of cleaning products and pesticides, and H.B. Fuller, a manufacturer of adhesives, sealants, and coatings, Rick has first-chair trial responsibility for high exposure cases and pattern litigation programs across the country.  He personally directs all strategic and tactical aspects of these matters.  His client representation includes:  Ecolab in toxic tort cases, personal injury and property damage cases; H.B. Fuller in construction, patent infringement and toxic tort cases. He also represents Starkey Laboratories in patent infringement, medical device and commercial cases and Coloplast Corporation medical device cases.  Other clients include Honeywell, ABC Bus Companies, Toro and Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty.

 

Prior to joining the firm, he served both as a federal and Army prosecutor.
