As one of the firm's Founding Partners with over 42 years of trial experience, Dick has spent about half of each year in catastrophic loss trials. He has successfully defended products liability cases for a number of industries including: aviation products, all-terrain vehicles, automobiles, trucks, boats, farm equipment, motorcycles and industrial equipment.

Dick has first-chaired cases in over 30 states. He was most recently recognized by Honda for outstanding service and 20 years of success in defending cases for that automobile manufacturer, including seven high-profile defense verdicts in catastrophic three-wheel ATV cases.
