Nathan Marcusen's trial practice focuses on commercial litigation, product liability defense, and recreational and motor vehicle warranty defense.

His legal career took roots when he clerked at Bowman and Brooke LLP.  As a summer clerk, Nathan prepared research memoranda regarding issues relevant to the defense of toxic torts and product liability claims, drafted motions and supporting memoranda, and attended and observed depositions.  This experience will lend itself to his current trial practice.

When not practicing law, Nathan enjoys watching movies, following the Minnesota Twins and horseback riding.
