Monica Kelly focuses her practice on employment law and products liability.  Her employment practice is two-fold.  She represents clients in court, administrative agencies and in arbitration and mediation matters.  Monica also works with clients to advise them on how to avoid litigation and minimize potential risk.

Monica has worked with clients that include local, national and international businesses in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, technology, retail, hospitality and food service, real estate and professional services.  Some of Monica's product liability clients have turned to Bowman and Brooke for employment litigation.
