Molly Jean Given has experience in a broad range of litigation issues.  She works on matters involving some of the firm's largest manufacturing clients, handling discovery, depositions and appeals.  Molly is a key team member on many cases involving products liability defense, recreational vehicles litigation, personal injury and business/commercial litigation, as well as warranty issues, chemical exposure and restraint system litigation.

Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Molly served as a clerk in a state trial court and the Office of the Federal Defender. In addition, she was an Editor and Staff Member of Law and Inequality: a Journal of Theory and Practice and advocated for low income clients in the Civil Practice Clinic.
