Michael Foley concentrates his practice on defending motor vehicle warranty litigation and products liability claims.  With an emphasis in automotive claims, Michael works with national clients that include Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC, Nissan North America, Inc., Yamaha Motor Corporation, and American Honda Motor Co.

Michael's daily case responsibilities include drafting documents, including motions and summary judgments, preparing for trial, and maintaining client communications.  Since joining Bowman and Brooke, Michael has second chaired numerous warranty trials, and obtained a defense verdict for Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC as first chair.  He has handled matters in both state and federal jurisdictions in multiple states.

Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Michael clerked for Hyundai Motor America. In this role, he assisted Hyundai in-house counsel with crashworthiness and warranty claims.  His primary involvement included assisting with legal research and drafting contracts.

Outside from his work, Michael enjoys swimming, hiking, and spending time with his wife and son.
