Michael Foley concentrates his practice on defending motor vehicle warranty litigation and products liability claims. With an emphasis in automotive and recreational sports equipment claims, Michael works with national clients that include General Motors and Ford Motor Company.

Michael's daily case responsibilities include drafting documents, including motions and summary judgments, preparing for trial, and maintaining client communications. He has handled matters in both state and federal jurisdictions in multiple states.

Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Michael clerked for Hyundai Motor America. In this role, he assisted Hyundai in-house counsel with crashworthiness and warranty claims. His primary involvement included assisting with legal research and drafting contracts.

Outside from his work, Michael enjoys swimming and hiking.
