Melissa Stull practices in the area of product liability defense, with a special focus on the representation of medical device and agricultural and environmental equipment manufacturers.  In addition, she has significant experience in the areas of mass asbestos litigation and motor vehicle warranty claims.  Melissa advocates for her clients in all phases of litigation, including taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions in state and federal courts, negotiating settlement agreements and preparing appellate briefs.  Additionally, she has served as second-chair counsel in jury trials and has won summary judgment dismissals.

Melissa graduated from the University of Iowa with distinction, where she served roles as a managing editor and staff writer for The Journal of Corporation Law.  She was also a board member for the Organization of Women Law Students and Staff.
