Marion Mauch's practice is comprised of defending manufacturers in products liability and personal injury cases involving the design and manufacture of a wide variety of products, including automobiles, off-road recreational vehicles, yachts, washing machines, silica sand and other toxic chemicals. His practice also includes defending automotive manufacturers and yacht manufacturers in warranty disputes under the Song-Beverly Act, the Magnuson-Moss Act, and the Consumer Legal Remedies Act. Marion defends cases on behalf of Ford Motor Company, Yamaha Motor Corporation, Porsche Cars North America, American Suzuki Motor Corporation, S2 Yachts Inc., Genmar Corporation, Ecolab Inc., and U.S. Silica Company.
During law school, Marion served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Katherine Feinstein of the California Superior Court in San Francisco County. Prior to law school, Marion volunteered at the Merrimack Valley Legal Services in Lowell, Massachusetts where he assisted attorneys in helping victims of domestic violence obtain necessary legal relief and represented individuals seeking unemployment compensation before the Department of Employment and Training. Outside of the office, Marion can be found either surfing, snowboarding, hiking or watching the Los Angeles Lakers and Dodgers.
