As Co-Managing Partner, Lori Zirkle's practice is concentrated in complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of automobile manufacturers and children and product liability litigation. She has defended several vehicle manufacturers against claims that include crashworthiness, seat belts, rollover/roof crush, vehicle structures, airbags and brakes. In addition, Lori has defended a wide variety of other manufacturers, including trucks, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, sixteen-wheeled mobile cranes, medical devices, electrical equipment and paint sprayers.

 

An experienced trial attorney, Lori has tried to verdict several major product liability cases for her clients throughout the Southwest.   Among her clients include American Honda Motor Co., Inc.; Subaru of America, Inc.; Kia Motors Corporation; Daimler-Chrysler Corporation; Polaris Industries Inc.; ZF Friedrichshafen AG; and Breg, Inc.

 

Lori served as a Judge Pro Tempore for Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona during 2005. She has lectured on the Federal Trade Commission's regulation of medical device advertising at the Medical Design and Manufacturing Conference and spoke about managing the major antitrust case from a local counsel perspective at the 56th Antitrust Law Spring Meeting.
