Kevin P. Curry
Minneapolis, Minnesota
Kevin Curry is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on defending manufacturers in high profile product liability cases, primarily involving automobiles and all terrain vehicles. He has tried cases to verdict across the country, including the successful defense of multi-million dollar wrongful death actions in Alaska and Wisconsin. He has successfully represented businesses in a variety of other civil matters, including class actions, breach of contract claims and civil conspiracy claims. Representative clients have included Yamaha, Toyota, Volvo and UPS.
In addition to his trial practice, Kevin has significant appellate experience, including an amicus curiae brief - filed on behalf of the Minnesota State Bar Association - in a case before the United States Supreme Court. In 2003 Minnesota Lawyer named Kevin an Up and Coming Attorney.
Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Kevin served as a law clerk to
Judge Gary Crippen of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. In his free time, Kevin is a runner and triathlete.
