Kathy York focuses her practice on defending automobile manufacturers in products liability claims involving airbags, rollovers, crashworthiness and catastrophic injury.  In addition to handling all aspects of case management and law and motion, Kathleen has been involved in extensive discovery issues and document productions. Her prior experience also includes representing clients in intellectual property (international patent and trademark), construction defect and breach of contract cases.

Although the majority of her work is in California, she has handled cases in Arizona, Washington, New York, Texas, Montana and other states across the country. Her clients include General Motors Corporation, Ford Motor Company and Toyota.

A rising star and trial lawyer, Kathy was recognized as Best In Class at the Bowman and Brooke Trial Skills seminar in 2005 for her Direct of an Expert.
