Focusing her trial practice on discovery, Jill McCanse defends manufacturers, including Toyota, in product liability claims including rollover/roof-crush and crashworthiness.

Jill has acquired experience via a legal internship and as a summer law clerk at law offices throughout Phoenix and Milwaukee. She applies her knowledge, in which she researched and wrote drafts for memoranda, to her practice.

Throughout her academic career, Jill has participated in several organizations and activities including the Psi Chi National Psychology Honor Society, The National Society of Collegiate Scholars and as a member of the Sports Law Society.
