Jill Jacobson is an advocate who focuses on one thing: providing exceptional service to each client, every time.  Whether she is defending a Fortune 500 company or a sole proprietorship, she brings the same level of passion, intelligence and creativity to bear on her clients' legal problems.

Jill has over fifteen years of experience advising and defending her clients in product liability, employment, commerical and other business litigation.  She also provides advice and counsel on issues such as risk management, document retention, regulatory compliance, employment policies and benefits, non-compete agreements, and protection of trade secrets and other confidential  information.

Jill is also active in the legal community.  She holds leadership positions in both state and national defense organizations, and recently received a prestigious appointment to DRI's Judicial Task Force.  She also provides pro bono representation to two active and well-known local non-profit organizations.

As an openly gay lawyer, Jill contributes to the diversity of her clients' legal teams.  Her clients appreciate the fresh angle she provides, and her creative solutions have delighted many.
