Jill Goldsmith's trial practice is concentrated in complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of product manufacturers and the defense of long term care facilities throughout the Southwest.  In defense of product manufacturers, Jill has represented automobile, motorcycle, tire, children's toys, bicycles, medical devices and all-terrain vehicle manufacturers.  She has defended these corporations against claims that include crashworthiness, seat belts, rollover/roof crush, brakes, airbags, electrical and post collision fuel fed fires.  Jill has represented several long term care facilities in matters involving claims of professional negligence and vulnerable adult abuse and neglect.

She has served on the Institutional Review Board for the Phoenix Children's Hospital, the Paradise Valley Hospital Review Board and the Institutional Review Board of the Phoenix Regional Medical Center Hospital. The boards approve clinical trials of medical devices and pharmaceuticals that are conducted at the hospital.
