A native of Cuba, Edgar Gutierrez concentrates his practice on defending major manufacturers in complex products liability litigation as well as commercial litigation and general tort liability defense.  One of Edgar's strengths lies in defending consumer product manufacturers and distributors in fire litigation.  He has also successfully defended catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases involving heavy equipment manufacturers and operators.
