David Gentile's practice includes: product liability and commercial litigation. He has a high success rate with jury trials working with national clients that include:  General Motors, Yamaha, Honda, Komatsu, Tokyo Marine Insurance Company, Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America, and Subway.

 

David has specific experience in rollover defense, electronic stability control and complex discovery issues.  He has presented at the Bowman and Brooke Product Liability Hot Topics Seminar on preclusion of the Jordan Rollover System, and he wrote an article titled, Foreign Privacy Laws in the United States, which was published in the January issue of DRI's International Law Section journal.

 

Interning for the Michigan Attorney General, David served as Litigation Coordinator. In this role, he helped produce legal research, created databases for the court rulings and worked with the pleadings bank. In law school, David served as the President of the International Law Society, and was editor of the Journal of International Law.  He majored in Russian Studies and played varsity hockey, and was on the varsity crew team.  Although not fluent, he can maintain a conversation in Russian.  He still plays hockey twice a week and coaches youth hockey.
