Curtis Jimerson's practice focuses on the defense of national and regional clients at all stages of litigation including: trial, motion practice, discovery, conducting and defending depositions, negotiating settlement, representing clients at mediation and arbitration and advising clients prior to litigation. Curtis regularly defends clients in a variety of claims including: products liability, asbestos actions, premises liability, property damage, personal injury, construction defect, automobile warranty and high exposure lawsuits.
Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Curtis' diverse experience included cases involving: family law, immigration, employment law, elder abuse and professional malpractice. Curtis also served as General Counsel for a telecommunications corporation. As General Counsel he handled numerous matters pertaining to human resources, licensing, securities, trade secrets and others. Throughout his career he has represented a multitude of clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to large corporations.
