As an associate, Courtney Parecki concentrates the majority of her time in nursing home defense. Courtney works directly under the supervision of partners with trial preparation, drafting letters, motions and summary judgments. In addition to nursing home defense work, Courtney handles product liability cases.

Courtney clerked for the Honorable Judge Earl H. Carroll of the District Court of Arizona. In this position, she handled civil litigation matters. She drafted orders and assisted in preparation work for court hearings. In addition, Courtney managed motions.

While in law school, Courtney also prepared legal research for Professor Katherine Pearson, and clerked for a general civil litigation law firm.
