No stranger to the courtroom, Candace Blydenburgh has defended complex cases in both state and federal courts throughout the country; and has taken to verdict matters for railroad corporations, insurance companies and automotive manufacturers. In her role as local and national counsel, she has managed all aspects of discovery, pre-trial litigation and trial preparation.  Candace balances her practice by defending product manufacturers, automotive manufacturers and component suppliers and sellers in product liability, toxic torts, commercial claims and motor vehicle warranty actions.

Candace has particular experience with preparing corporate employees for deposition and defending claims involving handling and stability allegations as well as seats and seat belts for small occupants and children.  In addition to her automotive litigation experience, Candace has handled numerous toxic tort cases involving allegations of exposure to asbestos and silica as well as repetitive injury claims.
