Ashley Day concentrates her legal practice on defending products liability cases, primarily for automobile manufacturers and construction equipment companies. Most of her construction equipment cases involve forklift claims and take place in the San Francisco Bay Area. She also handles employment law and business and commercial litigation across the country.

Ashley graduated in the top twelve percent of her law school class and was a member of the Santa Clara University Law Review. She also spent the fall of 1993 at the University of Pittsburgh's Semester at Sea.
