An experienced attorney practicing in the areas of products liability defense and general civil litigation, Tony Thomas has tried numerous cases defending a variety of clients. He has defended physicians and chiropractors in medical malpractice actions, automobile manufacturers in motor vehicle warranty cases, and developers in construction defect cases and has both prosecuted and defended criminal cases.

He has tried and successfully defended the design and manufacture of automobiles in products liability and consumer warranty claims, and homes in construction defect actions. Tony has also defended other consumer products such as motorcycles, personal watercrafts and farm equipment. In addition, he has represented major corporations in environmental cost recovery actions, toxic tort actions, commercial litigation, asbestos actions (including motor vehicle components and gaskets) and currently serves as national warranty counsel for a transmission manufacturer.

Tony is a former Captain in the United States Marine Corps, having served in various billets, including Trial Counsel, Defense Counsel and Deputy Staff Judge Advocate. He participated in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
