Andrea Laginess Moody is a senior associate with noteworthy experience defending Fortune 50 manufacturers in complex product litigation cases.  She has gone to trial several times, with active roles at counsel table examining witnesses and arguing evidentiary issues.

 

Andrea also has significant experience with pattern litigation.  She has defended the nation's largest automakers in claims alleging identical defects in multiple venues.  She has also served as an interim discovery attorney for a major corporation, responsible for responding to discovery requests in pattern litigation.  Her work in this regard also required that she supervise and coordinate massive document productions, and handle discovery motion practice.
